1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph333z online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through ph333z.net (the "Platform"). By completing the ph333z registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing or using the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph333z.

ph333z reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ph333z Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph333z, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ph333z Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph333z or any relevant regulatory authority.

ph333z reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one (1) account on the ph333z Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your ph333z account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your ph333z Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph333z immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

ph333z will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph333z that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ph333z reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph333z supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, all processed in Philippine Peso (₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

All funds deposited into your ph333z account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph333z does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the ph333z cashier section.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). ph333z aims to process verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method selected. ph333z reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

ph333z does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph333z accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph333z offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible ph333z players only. ph333z reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Abuse: ph333z reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

ph333z reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph333z Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph333z uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective rules and procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph333z will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. ph333z's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding. ph333z accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted are final. ph333z reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error, and to recover any funds paid out in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph333z Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ph333z Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph333z staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph333z is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

ph333z provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph333z Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph333z Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of ph333z or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without ph333z's express written consent.
• Use the ph333z name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization from ph333z.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph333z, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph333z Platform.

ph333z's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph333z account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333z does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph333z's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ph333z collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph333z Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph333z implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ph333z cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

ph333z may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance purposes.

12. Account Termination

You may close your ph333z account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ph333z reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a relevant regulatory authority.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, ph333z reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph333z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph333z will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph333z Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ph333z operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes arising from your use of the ph333z Platform shall first be submitted to ph333z's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph333z's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
